I live in Las Vegas and want to go to a culinary school here in vegas…which one would you recommend? I went to AI yesterday and it seemed like a great one on one school plus I plan to do the Bachelors of Science program. But I have read all the other things about AI and I don’t know whether I’m making the right decision.
You can easily compare these schools here – findcollege.hotusa.org
It has info about them, tips to apply and students feedback – so you can compare and choose the best one for you.

Am currently a software professional thinking of switching careers. I love cooking and most of the time people like what I cook. Can someone who has done such a career change advise? Has it been rewarding? How much money are we talking in fees? Are there ways to waive such fees? Any useful advise/suggestion would be greatly appreciated!
look it up on the computer you'll get more info that way

I am really interested in taking a cooking course. I know how to cook but I really enjoy it and want to learn how to make nice food presentations. However, I just thought of something. Do cooking schools use wine in their cooking? Due to religious reasons, I do not consume alcohol. Does anyone know?
If the dish requires wine, then it is used. Its often a very cheap wine. You can always take the courses, and ask the chef instructor what can be substituted for the wine in the recipes. As the diversity of the US grows, more and more religious principles will be taken into consideration when cooking for others. So it would make a great lesson for everybody in the class.

what can i do to get my money back and get out
The answer to your question is probably in your enrollment documents or in the paperwork you received when you paid your bill. My school's website also list this information in the registrar section.
